Delivery Methods ( Delivery within Singapore only )
Method 1 : Courier Delivery (Highly Recommended)
1. Receive your products at the Luxury of your Home for a Flat Fee of only $6
2. Receive your products within 24 Hrs after conformation of payment
3. You will be able to choose the Date and Time of delivery. ( 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Daily)
OR
Method 2 : Sing post Delivery
Estimated Delivery time : 3 to 5 days after payment is confirmed
SingPost delivers the parcel during office hours, if you are concern that no one will be at home when they arrive, Pls choose Courier Delivery instead. Courier delivery allows you to choose the Date & Time of Delivery.
Option 1: Normal mail
- Sing Post will send your products(palettes) to the nearest Sing Post Outlet near your place. (Small items such as eyeliner, eyelash, single brushes etc.. will be posted to your letter box if they can fit in it.
Option 2 : Registered Mail
- Sing Post will send your products straight to your Home. Secondly we will be able to track your product.

For Small Items (Eg. Gel eyeliner,single brush, false lashes etc)
- Normal mail (Letter Box) : $1 (Regardless of no. of items)
- Registered Mail : $3.00

Nearest Mrt : Harbour Front Mrt Station
When : On Saturdays only
Time : 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM
We do not offer reservation of products, by default if your order is placed this week, collection will be on the same week’s Saturday. For orders placed on Sunday, Self collection will be on the following Saturday.
There are two Starbuck outlets at Vivo City. One on the 1st floor and another on the 2nd floor. Please take note of the unit number.
